Sharjah held a competition with the aim to reimagine the covers of Arabic literary gems - to give forgotten classics a second glance, and a second life.

Promoting Arabic Literature

For the competition, I created three entries across different genres to maximize visual diversity and impact. Focusing on Arabic typography, each cover was thoughtfully designed to stand out while conveying the mood and narrative of the story, aiming to evoke a strong emotional response in the reader.

My book cover redesign for "Beirut Nightmares by Ghada Al-Samman" was selected as a winner and showcased in the Sharjah International Book Fair in 2025.
